How is my association dues being utilized?

Your community association manager can provide you with this information.  The best place to start in by reviewing the Budget Comparison Report, which can be found in My Green Condo in the Documents Library.

You can also attend the annual members meeting where your board of directors discusses the community’s affairs, including the financial aspects of the association with the homeowners.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend their community’s annual meeting to help them understand their community and to get involved in their community.
