Board Member Survey
1. Calls and emails to the assigned manager are promptly and professionally answered or returned in a timely manner..
2. The manager is knowledgeable and responsive to your concerns.
3. The monthly board packet is delivered the Friday before meetings.
4. Follow-up business from the board meeting is completed by the next regularly-scheduled board meeting.
5. The manager attended the monthly board walk-through (if scheduled) and took care of any architectural or landscape issues in a timely manner.
6. Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided.
7. Based upon my experience, I would recommend CBM to my family and friends.
