To make sure that your legal requirements for items such as insurance renewal, election notices and audit and tax return preparation are met on time, Castle Breckenridge Management uses a calendar system to track information such as your fiscal year end, annual meeting, and insurance renewal. The association managers are also regularly reminded at our weekly meetings and by email. We also keep a master spreadsheet to track the activity for all of our clients.
