The association manager can coordinate a free inspection by our contractor. He will prepare a report that includes a maintenance calendar to prioritize the projects for all the common area components, such as roofs, streets, buildings, paving, painting, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, etc. The association manager and contractor will coordinate with the board to come up with a plan that fits the association’s budget.
